Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, unless a different dispatch time is stated on the product page. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Dispatch time is separate from the courier’s delivery time.
UK delivery
• Standard delivery: £3.80, with free standard delivery available on eligible orders of £65 or more.
• Heavy parcel delivery: £15 per eligible package weighing at least 33 lb (approximately 15 kg). Each package is charged separately, with the total shown at checkout.
• Express delivery: £8 when available at checkout.
• Fragile delivery: £3.80 when available at checkout.
• Additional courier services: available options and calculated prices are shown at checkout.
Delivery options depend on your items and delivery address. Free standard delivery does not make express, fragile or heavy parcel services free. Please check your selected service and final delivery charge before paying.
Delivery estimates and larger items
Please check the product page and any delivery estimate shown at checkout. If you need an item by a particular date, or have questions about furniture, large or fragile items, contact us before ordering.
International delivery
International delivery is available where a shipping service is offered at checkout. Available DHL Express and FedEx services are calculated for your order and destination.

Delivery help
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. Where tracking is provided, use it to follow your shipment.
If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the item and packaging so we can help.
